Group 6 LLC, a privately held Private Equity Firm in Oman, has been set up in late 2010 with a core business model that will primarily focus on Private Equity investment and introducing in its model other business lines that will support its core business.

The investment philosophy is set out to create value by investing in change by defining the key industries in the GCC Region and MENASIA Region that have high potential in growth opportunities.

By providing unique investment insight and value added operating capabilities to companies, as well as comfortably dealing with complex and underperforming companies will differentiate Group 6 from the other competitors in the region.

Group 6 will also provide a range of financial services activities to its clients who have invested in the funds.

Such activities revolve around providing sophisticated financial analysis, devising financial transaction structures, developing and advising negotiating strategies, preparing and delivering reports and presentations to advise clients of the merits of any investment proposition in their fund.
Our strategy is principally to

1.  Compete on the basis of our professional excellence and our ability to provide innovative and creative solutions to our clients.
2. Expand our Private Equity business by leveraging existing relationships and infrastructure across other private equity funds or companies.
3.  Leverage the group’s resources to maximize profits.

Group 6 has independent board members who bring a diversified experience and expertise in the fields of Private Equity and Investments. The board members are to be announced shortly after receiving the Licence from the Capital Market Authority.
